We had our Annual HOA meeting at 6:00 PM, Feb 7, 2024, which was held at the Basehor Community Library. You can view the 2024 annual meeting minutes and approved 2024 budget by logging and going to the Members Only section.

Upcoming Events

March 19 (Wednesday) - Cedar Falls HOA Annual Board meeting. Basehor Library 6:30 - 8:00.

March - Chalk the Block event. Watch for email and notice on our Facebook page from our Social Committee.

May 23 - Pool will open. Enjoy!

Pool will close the week after Labor Day weekend (~Sept 1).

June 6-8, Basehor City Wide garage sale weekend.

July 3, 4:00 to dusk. Pot Luck grill out at the Pool.

July 4, 10:00 - 12:00 or so, Annual Freedom Cruise parade and gathering at the Pool house.

Mid-August - Back-to-School Ice Cream Social at the Pool Club house 7:00 - 8:00 pm. We will provide ice cream, bowls, spoons, and water bottles!

We are an association of friendly home owners near Basehor, KS with a wide variety of families. We enjoy our community pool and the community activities that our leaders and volunteers organize. We like the peace and quiet that our location provides and watch out for each other. We still have vacant lot's and look forward to welcoming new families to our neighborhood.
