We had our Annual HOA meeting at 6:00 PM, March 19, 2025, which was held at the Basehor Community Library. You can view the 2025 annual meeting minutes and approved 2025 budget by logging and going to the Members Only section.

June 6-8, Basehor City Wide garage sale weekend.

July 4, 10:00 - 12:00 or so, Annual Freedom Cruise parade and gathering at the Pool house.

Mid-August - Back-to-School Ice Cream Social at the Pool Club house 7:00 - 8:00 pm. We will provide ice cream, bowls, spoons, and water bottles!

Sept. 1 - Pool will close the week after Labor Day weekend (~Sept 1).

We are an association of friendly home owners near Basehor, KS with a wide variety of families. We enjoy our community pool and the community activities that our leaders and volunteers organize. We like the peace and quiet that our location provides and watch out for each other. We still have vacant lot's and look forward to welcoming new families to our neighborhood.
